Ring Bearer
The Ring bearer can be an important and fun position for one
of the small members in you family. The Ring Bearer has always
been a timeless tradition when it comes to weddings. The Ring
Bearer is usually a boy of young age, (around 8-9) chosen by
the Bride and Groom. The Ring Bearer is the one who carries
the ring to the Husband and
Wife to be.
FAQ on the Ring Bearer
What to Wear
Although there is nothing more adorable that a little boy in
a tuxedo, that is certainly
not a requirement. Ring bearers can also wear a suit, or short
pants and knee socks, which may be more practical for the family
because he can wear them again.
When to Walk
Ring bearers usually walk down the aisle right before the flower
girl. Sometimes the flower girl and the ring bearer walk down
the aisle together.
What Do We Do With the Rings?
If your Ring Bearer is especially young, or has an outgoing
personality, we suggest tying two fake wedding
rings on the Ring Bearer’s pillow, because a lot can
happen between the foyer and the altar. Then the bride asks
the maid of honor and the groom asks the best man to hang on
to the real rings until the time comes.
